Hi, I’m Meghan Tynes

Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Wife to Carter. Mom to Bennett.

I believe in addressing the root cause of symptoms to achieve optimal wellness by focusing on the importance of nutrient-dense food, lifestyle choices, and culinary wellness.

My mission is to help those who are struggling with things like fatigue, mood swings, and weight challenges get to the root cause, rather than masking symptoms with medications.

My Story

I have been in your shoes. Poor digestion, “hangriness”, daily acid reflux, hormonal acne, bloating, and obesity were just a few of my struggles. My diet from childhood through college consisted of things I could grab in a drive-thru, and heavily processed meals at home. Convenience trumped quality and my body paid for it.

After trying several diets and elimination trials, I started learning the importance of whole, nutrient-dense foods and how they corresponded to my digestion, skin, mood, and overall health. I started cooking more at home, incorporating more vegetables, making healthy swaps, and became passionate about nutrition.

After much research, I found the Nutritional Therapy Association and fell in love with their approach to the foundations of health. I decided to enroll to learn more about my own health, not knowing it would put me on a new career path. My goal is to assist you with a bio-individual approach and help you implement specific diet and lifestyle changes to reclaim your health and become more in tune with your body.

Ready to make a change?
